Machine Operator I-Sheet Line 2nd Shift

Follows production/process specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel
Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.
Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Performs all work in accordance with proper work methods.
Maintains operating records and reports offtest results.
Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running,
Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities with the equipment to maintenance technician.
Ensure stocks of needed materials are ready and available at all times.
Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position will require some lifting and carrying of average weight material.
Requires working in an indoor non-climate controlled environment.
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
2+ yr in a manufacturing/production environment must be dependable with good work ethic with positive attitude
Must be energetic, ready to work in a fast pace environment, self - starter
Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills. ?
Must be able to lift 50 lbs in a repetitive basis.
Able to read/ write and read tape measure (pre-employment testing)
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook intermediate level

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
