Responsibilities/Description Assist customers with knowledge and decisions of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogs.
Provides excellent customer service.
Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
Interface with Service department to ensure work orders are filled in a timely manner.
Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
Point out any sales specials and new merchandise while offering additional products that may compliment the customer's purchase.
Accept cash/ credit card and gift card payments for merchandise purchases.
Keep cash register accurate.
Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.
).
Weekend availability.
Previous inventory and parts experience prefeed.
Candidates must be motivated, proactive and goal orientated.
